Venezuela, Brazil tie in American Cup

 　　BUENOS AIRES, July 3 (Xinhua) -- The national soccer teams of Brazil and Venezuela on Sunday tied in a match of the Group B at the American Cup being held in Argentina.

　　Brazil had more goal opportunities during the match played at Ciudad de La Plata Stadium¹, 50 kilometers south of Buenos Aires, the country's capital, however the team was not able to score.

　　Brazil's forward Alexandre Pato has the clearest possibility of scoring at minute 27.

　　As a curious event, during the match at minute 28, a dog entered the field and the match had to be interrupted² for one minute. After several attempts of the players and assistant to catch it, the dog finally left the field by itself.

　　The Group B is formed by Brazil, Venezuela, Paraguay and Ecuador.

　　The American Cup is being held in six different Argentine cities from July 1 to 24.
