 MADRID, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- FC Barcelona maintained their eight point lead over Real Madrid at the top of the BBVA Primera Liga table in Spain thanks to a thrilling anarchic 5-4 win away to Deportivo la Coruna.

Barca were 3-0 up after just 17 minutes thanks to goals from Jordi Alba, Christian² Tello and Leo Messi gave Tito Vilanova's side a comfortable early lead.
