1.Man,woman⁴ and baby 男人,女人,小孩 Who is this?这是谁?
This is a man.这是个男人. This man is on the train.这个男人在火车上.
This is a woman.这是个女人. This woman is sitting behind Jenny on the train.
Here is a baby.这是个婴儿. The woman is the baby's mother⁵.
I'm not a baby!我不是一个婴儿! Li Ming's father⁶ is man.李明的父亲是男人.
His mother is woman.他的母亲是女人. He is their son,他是他们的儿子,
but he is not a baby.但他不是婴儿. He is a boy!他是男孩!
2.Who is singing? Is Jenny singing?是珍妮在唱吗?
Read and listen! "Are you singing,Jenny?"I ask.
"No,Li Ming. The woman behind me is singing,"says Jenny.
"The baby is crying.那个婴儿在哭, The baby is loud⁷!"I say.他太吵了!我说.
"Yes,"says Jenny. "The baby is tired⁸."那个婴儿累了.
"Who is talking?"I ask. "It's Danny,"says Jenny.
"He is talking to the man behind you." "Listen!"I say.
"Now the baby is quiet⁹."那个婴儿现在安静了. "Yes,"says Jenny.
"The baby is sleeping¹⁰ now."那个婴儿现在睡着了.

1 unit

2 train

3 lesson

4 woman

参考例句：

5 mother

10 sleeping   

n.睡眠adj.睡着的；供睡觉用的；不要多事；不要自找麻烦v.为…提供床位( sleep的现在分词 )
