Partisan's Spring Court has charged Prime Minister,Yousuf Raza Gilani,with contempt.Gilani is accused of disobeying court order to reopen corruption⁴ against the country's president.He pleaded not guilty but he could lose his job and be sent jails if convicted.

 

 

The federal government and the Greens have attacked the major banks for cutting jobs and hiking interest rates.The ANZ will axe⁵ one thousands jobs over the next four months.The Common Wealth and national Australia banks have jointed⁶ the  west pack and the ANZ said they are lifting their interest rates.Green'PM Adam Band is calling for tougher bank regulations.
