 Australia's most senior Muslim leader is in Jakarta to make a personal plea of mercy for Andrew Chen and Maryan Sukumaran. Foreign Minister Julie Bishop¹ has also offered to cover the cost of keeping the two Australians in jail if the death penalty is lifted.
