A former senior employee of the commonwealth¹ bank has been charged with two counts of bribery².

The 61 year old was arrested at a unit in Surry Hills in Sydney yesterday after an investigation³ involving New South Wales police and the U-S Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Detectives have so far frozen 1 point five million U-S dollars in suspected corrupt⁴ payments.

But say tens of millions of dollars are involved.
