Over the next 6 years, we will rebuild 150,000 miles of our roads, enough to circle the world 6 times. We will lay and maintain 4,000 miles of our railways, enough to stretch from coast to coast. We will restore 150 miles of one-ways and advance a next generation air-traffic control system that reduces the lays for the American people. These plans will be fully6 paid for, they will not add to our deficit7 over time and we are going to work with Congress to see to that.

According to the investigation and trying to pinpoint10 if we can find video tape that cooperates that timeline that we establish through interviews.
