Chinese Premier¹ Li Keqiang and Chilean President Michelle Bachelet have taken part in an economic forum² with business leaders from the two countries in Santiago.

Li Keqiang has used the opportunity to call for trade liberalization to address the challenge of a weakened global economy.

He says this will also help strengthen industrial capacity co-operation, investments cooperation, as well as financial cooperation between China and Chile.

Premier Li Keqiang's time in Chile is the last stop of a 4-nation tour of the region.

He's also made stops in Brazil, Colombia and Peru.

Chinese police have arrested 175 people, in what's being touted³ as the largest-ever bust⁴ of tomb raiders in the country.

The group is accused of trying to plunder⁵ a Neolithic⁶ site in the northeastern province of Liaoning.

Authorities have seized nearly 12-hundred cultural relics⁷, estimated to be worth around 500 million yuan.

Included is an ornate coiled jade⁸ dragon, one of the earliest known representations of the Chinese totem.
