China-Africa cooperation continues on vaccine¹, trade, renewable energy

 

The 8th Ministerial Conference of the Forum² on China-Africa Cooperation is being held in Dakar, Senegal. Addressing the opening ceremony of the meeting via video link, Chinese President Xi Jinping says the country will provide an additional one billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines³ to Africa, carry out 10 projects on poverty alleviation⁴ and agriculture, and conduct more programs with Africa in various areas.
