Victor：今天我们又回到了电影的环节。

Nancy：He’s been typecast.

Victor：什么叫typecast？

Nancy：This is what every actor² is afraid of， Victor.

Victor：Mm.

Nancy：It means³ you do such⁴ a good job playing your part⁵， that now no one will believe⁶ you can play anything else.

Victor：哦，明白了，typecast就表示特型演员，专门演一种角色。

Nancy：It’s like when someone⁷ is a really good “bad guy” in a movie.

Victor：尤其是演坏人的那种演员。

Nancy：Then maybe you can’t believe them when they play a “good guy” in the next movie.

Victor：是啊当他演好人的时候，大家一定不相信他是一个好人。

Nancy：He’s been typecast.

Victor：He’s been typecast.
