Thanks for asking me to help you with the class trip. Of course, I am happy to help you. As you know, my strengths are in organization and planning so can I suggest that I come up with a detailed² timetable for the day? If l can delegate certain tasks such as catering³ and provisions as well as transport and fun activities, that would be great too and a weight off your shoulders!
