 (CAIRO, Reuters)Egyptian doctors have successfully removed a 100-pound tumor¹ from the stomach of a 17-year-old girl.

（路透社开罗电）一群埃及医师日前成功地从一名十七岁女孩的胃里取出一颗重达一百磅的肿瘤。

Doctors said the very large tumor had been growing inside the girl's stomach for the past two years.

医师们表示，过去两年这颗巨无霸肿瘤就在女孩的胃里一直在长大。

The tumor occupied almost the entire abdominal² cavity and was pressing on her internal organs.

这颗肿瘤几乎占据了她的整个腹腔，而且还挤压到内脏。
