1. 26-year-old Kevin Underwood was charged with 1st-degree murder in Purcell, Oklahoma Monday for the brutal¹ death of his 10-year-old neighbor Jamie Rose Bolin. Police say Underwood sexually assaulted the girl after he killed her and say he planned to eat the corpse².

2. At least 9 people were killed after a suicide bomber³ set off a device near a crowded fast-food restaurant in Tel Aviv. Nearly 50 were wounded in the attack. Islamic Jihad claims responsibility.
