1. 26-year-old Kevin Underwood was charged with 1st-degree murder in Purcell, Oklahoma Monday for the brutal death of his 10-year-old neighbor Jamie Rose Bolin. Police say Underwood sexually assaulted the girl after he killed her and say he planned to eat the corpse.
