4. Hurricane Florence has passed Bermuda, leaving behind blown-out windows and knocking out power. Strong winds and rain are expected to last for the next several hours. Forecasters expect Florence to lose strength as it heads northeast. It is not expected to hit the US, but it is causing high surf and strong rip⁴ currents along the Eastern Seaboard.
