Superior Court judge in Union County has signed a warrant charging Gary Hilton with kidnapping with bodily harm in connection with the disappearance of Miss Emerson. He is being held in a location now in the metro Atlanta area. Agents, GBI agents are on the way now to transport him to Union County where he will be held until a hearing will be scheduled. This is a search and recovery effort.

It does not look favorable for that to be the case.
