What if we could bring out the best in ourselves even when there's no one out there to give us credit for it. You're the only person that you are responsible to. You're the only person who sees your own deeds. If we could manage to keep ourselves in shape, both physically¹ and mentally in solitary². Wouldn't we be able to bring out even better result when we're in a crowd?

如果说即便是在没有任何人会赞赏我们的时候，我们还是可以表现出自己最好的一面呢？你只对自己负责，也只有你会看到你自己的行为。如果我们可以做到在独处的时候，还让自己的身心灵都保持在良好的状态，那当我们在人群中时，不就可以表现得更好？
