In the Phillipines officials say they still have no grass about the true extent of the devastation³ from Friday's typoone,more than 130 people are confirmed dead but the Phillipines President says the death toll⁴ is likely to be far higher once rescue cruise can get into the badly damaged areas.BBC's Nick Chires reports.

Hawaii state house of representatives has approved a bill legalizing same sex mariage.Sam Sanders reports the measure will make the state the latest to approve the gay marriage joinning more than a dozen other states.
