《彭蒙惠英语》是《空中英语教室》的高级版。
空中英语教室于 1962 年成立于台北市，创始人是美籍教师彭蒙惠博士（ Doris Brougham ），她曾连续俩度获得美国 NRB 杰出广播制作人奖。国学大师林语堂先生也曾经参与早期的教学活动。这家以出版英语广播教学杂志和音像资料为主的传媒公司已经有 40 多年的历史，原汁原味的美语令人流连忘返，是台湾最受欢迎的英语教学刊物，在台湾的月发行量为 60 多万册。被台湾大多数中学采用作为听力、口语和阅读教材。美国英语学习评鉴机构认定它为“最适合亚洲人的英语学习工具。”
《彭蒙惠英语》是很新、难度很高的一本，主要是提供给大学生与企业人士人士等，作为英语进深加强之用，课程內容十分广泛，涵盖了旅游、心理、商业、科技、健康、新闻、人物、文化等主题。
