　　In my view, this is comparing apples and oranges as men are smarter in certain areas and women have their own strengths.

　　After reading the classic works of Robert Frost and Ernest Hemingway, my classmate said that Frost was a better writer.

　　But, as our teacher pointed¹ out, he was comparing apples and oranges because one was a poet and the other was a novelist.

　　There is no reason for drawing a comparison.
