Same. I'm scared of heights too. You have to ask somebody else. I'm sorry.

I have vertigo¹. There is no way around it for me. It's mainly putting mind over matter. It's mainly just, little by little, learning² to handle things better.

我在高处时会感到眩晕。对我来说没有解决方法。主要是精神战胜物质。要一点一点地学会更好地应对。

If there's a big height, do not think you're gonna fall at all. Just think of other things.

如果是在很高的地方，不要想你会摔倒。想想其他的事情。

Don't look down if you're climbing up, because then the fear factor comes in immediately.

Challenge your fear. Go to the top of a building. Keep staring down until you're not scared anymore.

Just do it. You listen to Nike, and you just do it. You go on a rickety bridge and you look down the whole time.

The best way to conquer³ your fear is just to hit it head on. Just go bungee jumping or skydiving.

Go on an airplane.

Go ride in a balloon or on a roller coaster. Make it a fun experience while you're overcoming your fear, and then it'll make heights seem less scary.

Oh, I'll put blindfolds⁴ on you. I'll just walk you to a high ride. I'll say, "Come on, we're going on a baby ride that's not high." And then you drop down. You won't be afraid of heights anymore. You will just say, "That was fun. Can we do another high ride?"
