China’s Supreme² People’s Court (“SPC“) announced the revised regulation “Provisions on the Online Issuance of Judgment Documents by People’s Courts” on August 30th. It cleared up the exceptions that are not suitable for online release, including cases involving child custody³ matters in divorce cases.
