(单词翻译:双击或拖选)
14. To be a leader or a follower1, which do you prefer? Please give your opinion with specific examples and details.
Considering my personality, I prefer to be a follower, although I know that nowdays, leadership skill is a very essential requirement for a promising2 career. First, to my understanding, leadership involves a lot of coordination3, negotiation4 and people skills. However, I’m not a very extroverted5 person. I feel uneasy if I have to interfere6 with others too much. Most of the time, I enjoy being a follower and woking on my part. Second, a leader is required to take a “big picture” view of planning, but I’m quite a perfectionist, always fixiating on details.
