 There come times when you think right nowis the time to settle¹ down or now is not whatever way it is,  but i don'tthink you can force these things, you know it will happen when it's going tohappen, of course i'd love to have kids right now, but there is a process thatone has to go through, and you know tours like this is great fun, hopefully i'mdoing all right by myself, it will be great to have someone else next to me sort ofto share the pressure, but you know time will come whatever happens, happens iguess.

InJune of course you are leaving the armed forces, tell us how difficult adecision was that to make? and why do you think this is the right time to dothat?

Ithink as i said before, it is a crossroads, i'm in the same position now as muchpeople in my year group or my rank would be in, because i'm a non-grad slightly behindeverybody else, and most of the guys i joined with at the time have alreadyleft for numerous² reasons, but it is a case of, right, if we move on then moreresponsibilities come, and i suppose with wanting to take on slightly more ofthis role, i don't really feel though i will be in the right position to takeon the careers of more soldiers, and take on the responsibility³ of continuing tofly for instance⁴, so it is a balance and i've tried to get the balance right over the lastsix or seven to a year before i finish, and it was getting hard and as i saidi'm at a crossroads.
