 Save¹ water 节约用水

Water is useful².  水是很有用的。

We drink water and use water to clean things every day.  我们每天要喝水，还要使用水来打扫卫生。

In many places, there is not much water. 在许多地方，水资源匮乏。

We should not waste³ water.  我们不应该浪费水。

We should reuse⁴ and save it. 我们应该再利用以及节约用水。

Save energy⁵ 节约能源

Most of our energy comes from coal⁶ and oil⁷.  我们大部分能源来自煤炭和石油。

There is not much coal or oil on Earth⁸.  在地球上，已经么有太多的煤炭或石油了。

We should save energy.  我们应该节约能源。

We should not drive so much because cars use a lot of energy. 我们不应该开太多的车，因为汽车会耗费许多能源。

Save trees 保护树木

Wood comes from trees.  木头来自树。

We use wood to make tables, chairs and many other things.  我们使用木头来制作桌子，椅子以及其他许多东西。

We should not cut down too many trees  我们不应该砍伐太多的树木，

because trees help keep the air clean. 因为树帮助保持空气洁净。

Don't use too much plastic⁹ 不要使用太多的塑料

We use plastic to make bags and bottles,  我们使用塑料来制作塑料袋和塑料瓶，

but too much plastic is bad for the Earth. 但是太多的塑料对地球有害。

We should not use too many plastic bags or bottles.  我们不应该使用太多的塑料袋或塑料瓶。

We should use paper bags and glass bottles. 我们应该使用纸袋和玻璃瓶。
