　　Benjamin Franklin was an adventurous¹ scientist. 本杰明-富兰克林是个具有冒险精神的科学家。

　　One stormy night, Benjamin and his son went outside and flew a kite to catch electricity. 一个暴风雨的夜晚，本杰明和他的儿子走到外面，通过放风筝来捕捉电流。

　　They attached² a metal piece on the top of the kite and a metal key at the end of the string. 他们把金属片固定在风筝顶端并在风筝线的末端系上一把金属钥匙。
