Luxury-craving clan²

辣奢族

It refers to die-hard pursuers of luxury products. They are usually aged³ 15-30. Most of them come from a wealthy family or earn 20 000-50 000 yuan a month. For the luxury-craving clan, getting their hands on luxurious⁴ items is more important than sleeping and eating.

"辣奢族"指的是那些奢侈品的狂热追求者。他们多处于15到30岁之间，大多为家境较好或月收入处于2万到5万元之间的高薪阶层。对于"辣奢族"而言，拥有名牌物品胜于吃饭和睡觉。

BOBO

波波族

"Bourgeois⁵ Bohemians" or "Bobos" are the new "enlight ened elite(精英)" of the information age. They combine the free-spirited, artistic⁶ rebelliousness(叛逆) of the Bohemian beatnik or hippie with the worldly ambitions of their bourgeois corporate⁷ forefathers⁸.
