Behavioral interview

过来人经验谈：由于受到西方媒体负面报道的印象，西方人一般对我们还是有成见的，尤其是新来的。反映在面试上，就要求大家不要过多地、单纯地夸奖自己，一定要举实例证明。一方面面试官可以从中看出你英语的功底到底如何，表达是否流畅；另一方面，他们更青睐通过你提供的实例，自己来做判断，对自卖自夸很反感。所以具有较强的英语语言表达力，学会用英语讲故事很重要。说故事是一件很难完成的任务。一说动词的过去式就错，要不开始时态还是对的，过一会时态又不对劲了。这是对我们中国学生很大的挑战。测试你英语好不好，最基本的方式，先说个故事给大家听听。如果2分钟之内，能流利地把故事说出来，而且动词过去式都没错，那口语基础基本达标，很扎实。
Exit interview
针对辞职原因的面试
An exit interview is a meeting between an employee who has resigned or been terminated by the company's Human Resources department. The reason companies conduct exit interviews is to get feedback about the job the employee held, the work environment, and the organization.
针对辞职原因的面试公司的人力资源部门在一位员工辞职或者被解雇后约见其进行的一场面试谈话。公司之所以要组织这样一次面试，是想从中获得员工对于其工作职位、工作环境和公司的各种反馈。
Typical exit interview questions include why you are leaving, why you decided2 to accept a new position, whether there is anything you would change about the company, and what suggestions you might have for improvement.
在辞职原因面试中，比较典型的问题包括，你为什么要离开？你为什么决定要接受一份新工作？对于我们公司，有没有什么是你想要改变的？对于未来公司的发展，你有什么建议吗？
Group interviews
小组面试（群面）
Group interviews involve getting together with other job candidates to meet with one or more interviewers. Usually it involves a number of interviewers - potential managers or supervisors3, human resources, even future co-workers and a group of candidates all together in one room.
小组面试就是把不同的面试者集中在一起，和一个或多个面试官在一起进行面试。通常情况下，群面是让一组面试官和一组面试者同时待在一间房间里。面试官们会包括未来的经理或上司，人力资源部门的负责人，甚至是未来的同事。
过来人经验谈：我好多朋友都遇到过这种面试方式，一般用在前1-2轮的面试中。其中一个当时是去一个比较大的韩国服装公司，5个韩国人，5个中国人同时面试。大家讲什么都相互听得见，有点像海选。
Phone or video interviews

Increasingly companies are recruiting from all over the world. Interviewing methods have changed to incorporate video conferencing and telephone interviews. Using these cost effective methods of interviewing saves time and resources and allows employers to consider applicants4 from outside their own geographical5 location.

Second Interview
二面
You've done it! You passed the first interview with flying colors and you just got a call to schedule a second interview. What happens next? How can you use a second interview as a means to get a job offer? It's important to be aware that the company is seriously interested in you, or they wouldn't have called.
