　　As the saying goes, nothing succeeds like success. People like to deal with a successful person.

　　Why? You see there must be a reason why the person has achieved success. And most obviously¹ it is

　　because he .is expert at what he is doing.

　　When given a chance, people would deal with the best.Naturally, the best way to produce success is to do a lot of work. Your achievement and the fame it leads to will make it known² to the public how good you really are. People will know this by your completed record or simply by recognizing it upon seeing you in action. Just as it becomes quite obvious that a man is a full-time³ tennis player when you see him play on the tennis court, it will become obvious that you are skilled⁴ in your work when people see you do your work.

　　俗话说，没有什么事比成功更成功。人们愿意和成功的人打交道。为什么?你觉得那人成功肯定是有原因的。而且最显而易见的就是因为在他所工作的领域他就是专家.

　　如果有机会，人们愿意和最优秀的人交往。  自然，成功的最佳途径就是做大量工作。工作带给你的成就和声誉让公众了解你到底有多么优秀。人们可以通过你完善的记录了解这一点或仅仅通过观察你工作意识到这一点。你看到某人在网球场上打球，很明显可以看出他是职业网球运动员，同样，人们看到你工作的话，你对工作的熟练技巧也就变得显而易见。
