口语:肿么表达“好好吃”!还只会说yummy?

 　　垂涎美食时还是只会说delicious, yummy？简直有愧吃货头衔呐。如果你看过《厨艺大师》（MasterChef）就该知道，身为评委的几位米其林大厨们夸起一道菜来，那是有一百种方式都不带重样的。快来跟专业的学起吧。

　　1. A party in my mouth

　　好吃得就像在嘴里开了派对，实在是味觉盛宴。

　　例：That’s amazing. It’s a party in my mouth.

　　太棒了，简直是场味觉盛宴。

　　2. Eat with my eyes

　　好的事物，不但要美味，也要美观。“用眼睛吃的”美食那一定外观相当赞了。形容食物美观还可以用appealing，或者taste as good as it looks，看起来和吃起来一样棒。

　　例：This is truly an octopus¹ that I can eat with my eyes.

　　这道章鱼真是做得太漂亮了。

　　It’s visually gorgeous, and I think it tastes as good as it looks.

　　这道菜视觉效果超赞，味道也和外观一样棒。

　　3. Get a little bit of melting on each bite

　　入口即化，每一口都是美好体验。

　　例：The duck breast is crispy and bacon-like and really amazing and the sauce, buttery and rich, but very concentrated in flavor, so you get a little bit of melting on each bite.

　　这道鸭胸肉酥脆可口，尝起来像培根的味道。酱汁非常美味、丰富而且味道集中纯粹，每一口都入口即化。

　　4. Elegance² matched with fragrance³

　　视觉美观、香味扑鼻，这就做到了我们通常说的色香味俱全了。

　　例：The duck is beautifully done. Elegance matched with fragrance and great fitness. Absolutely stunning⁴.

　　这道鸭子做得极好，色香味俱全，令人赞叹。

　　5. Instinctually and physically⁵ satisfying

　　吃一道花费了心思的菜，让人身体和心灵都非常愉悦。

　　例：It makes me not only eat with my palate in the mouth, but also digest it with my brain. It’s very instinctually and physically satisfying.

　　这道菜我不仅用味蕾品尝，还用心思细细咀嚼，实在让人身心愉悦。

1 octopus   

n.章鱼

参考例句：

• He experienced nausea after eating octopus.吃了章鱼后他感到恶心。
• One octopus has eight tentacles.一条章鱼有八根触角。

2 elegance   

n.优雅；优美，雅致；精致，巧妙

参考例句：

• The furnishings in the room imparted an air of elegance.这个房间的家具带给这房间一种优雅的气氛。
• John has been known for his sartorial elegance.约翰因为衣着讲究而出名。

3 fragrance   

n.芬芳，香味，香气

参考例句：

• The apple blossoms filled the air with their fragrance.苹果花使空气充满香味。
• The fragrance of lavender filled the room.房间里充满了薰衣草的香味。

4 stunning   

adj.极好的；使人晕倒的

参考例句：

• His plays are distinguished only by their stunning mediocrity.他的戏剧与众不同之处就是平凡得出奇。
• The finished effect was absolutely stunning.完工后的效果非常美。

5 physically   

adj.物质上，体格上，身体上，按自然规律

参考例句：

• He was out of sorts physically,as well as disordered mentally.他浑身不舒服，心绪也很乱。
• Every time I think about it I feel physically sick.一想起那件事我就感到极恶心。
