薰衣草催眠曲Lavender lullaby

 　　It’s easy and relaxing to make and use bath salts at home

　　在家里制作并使用浴盐很容易也让人非常放松

　　1/3 cup baking soda¹

　　1/3 cup Epsom salts

　　1/3 cup sea salt

　　10 drops lavender essential oil

　　1/3 杯发酵粉

　　1/3 杯泻盐

　　1/3 滴薰衣草精油

　　1 In a nonporous bowl, combine the baking soda, Epsom salts, and sea salt. Add the lavender essential oil.

　　2 Cover the mixture with a cotton cloth and leave it to dry overnight.

　　3 In the morning, stir the mixture to break up any chunks². Store it in a pretty bottle or tin.
