 　　英语应用文写作之公证书

　　公证书 （Notarized Certificate）

　　这里所讲的公证书，是指被授予权力的公证机关对某人或某事的实际情况所做的书面证明，它的书写形式要比一般证明书严格。通常的写法是先将年限代号、公证机关代号和公证书编号依次并排写在右上角，然后另起一行，直接写明要证明的内容。最后在正文末句下一行的右边，分别署上公证机关的全称，公证人姓名和发文日期。（应用文大全P. 443）

　　书写公证书要严肃认真，引用材料必须真实、可靠，有凭有据，而且语言还要简洁、清楚。
