There are many arguments about the advantages and disadvantages of examinations. Some people think that examinations can help them review the lessons regularly, while others maintain that too many examinations have frustrated¹ them. To me I think an examination is a good thing for both the teachers and students. Teachers can find out how much the students have grasped and then improve their teaching, students on the other hand will learn what their weak points are and then study even harder. All in all, we should not waste time arguing whether examinations are good or not. What we should do is to try to improve the exam system and try to adjust it to our different requirements.
