BERLIN, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- Hamburg shared points after a hectic1 match against Kaiserslautern while Cologne stopped a two-loss trend with a deserved 3-0 win over first division newcomers Augsburg in the 11th round of German Bundesliga on Sunday.
Hamburg were reduced to 10 men from the 22nd minute when
defender2 Solbodan Rajkovic was sent off due to a rude
foul3 play, and Kaiserslautern
utilized4 the advantage through midfielder Pierre De Wit, who scored with a tremendous shot from 17 meters into top right.
After
interval5, Hamburg started a run on Kaiserslautern's goal to equalize in the 63rd minute as striker Jose Paolo Guerrero headed home the leveller.

"That was a great performance of my team. We have played 70 minutes with only ten men," Hamburg coach Thorsten Fink.
Also on Sunday, Cologne striker Lukas Podolski smoothed the victory for his side with his two goals (19', 24'). Midfielder Slawomir Pezko sealed the deal for his side when he

Cologne rises to 11th position with 16 points whilst Augsburg struggles in the relegation zone on 17th position with eight points.
