LONDON, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- The FA has confirmed1 on Friday that it will be appealing UEFA's three-match ban against striker Wayne Rooney who received a red card in England's Euro qualifier against Montenegro.
Rooney was sent off during the 2-2 draw for kicking Miodrag Dzudovovic last month, then received a ban for three matches from the UEFA. The ban
