LONDON, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Manager Fabio Capello named England squad1 on Sunday to face Spain and Sweden without selecting Wayne Rooney.
England will play world champions Spain on Saturday and Sweden on 15th, November at Wembley. Capello named a 25-man squad, giving first calls to Everton midfielder
Jack2 Rodwell and Chelsea Sturridge Daniel Sturridge.
Manchester United striker Rooney is not on the list while facing a three-match ban from UEFA after being sent off against Montenegro last month.

upheld3, Rooney will miss the Euro 2012 group matches.
