COPENHAGEN, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- The 19-year-old Danish soccer talent Christian1 Eriksen was selected as national "Player of the Year" by an overwhelming2 majority here on Monday.
The midfielder, one of the brilliant stars in Danish football, received 60.6 percent of the votes and won the Danish football award comfortably by beating William Dormer, MichaelKrohn-Dehli and Niki Zimling.
