‘Slumdog Millionaire’ cost $15 million to make. It made nearly $400 million in box office alone. One would think they could sprinkle a few dollars on the two little slum kids they hired to play the main characters as children.
They’ve not
entirely6 been abandoned though. Even though one of the two kids still lives in the slums, they both have a trust in their name that they can claim once they reach 18. That’s not so bad. Outta $400 million, I guess. Right?
