For decades, Blare kept a dairy chronically¹ in great detail her close friendship with former first lady Hillary Clinton right up until Blare’s death in 2000. But it remained under seal for years and was reported for the first time Monday by the conservative website Washington free beacon². Blare’s diary portrays³ Ms. Clinton as a hard-nose political operative who is quote ‘in despair that nobody in the WH is tough and mean enough.’

The paper described personal conversations Blare writes that she had with Ms. Clinton during her time in the WH. Offering new insight in Hillary Clinton’s mind said immediately after Bill Clinton is having an affair with WH intern⁴ Monica Lewinsky.

Indeed I did have a relationship with Monica Lewinsky that was not appropriate, in fact, it was wrong.

Blare also writes about Ms. Clinton’s frustration⁵ with critics who called her too aggressive and too political.

I’m a proud woman. Blare quotes Ms. Clinton’s saying in 1996. …

All told the paper offers a positive portrayal⁶ of Hillary Clinton from one of her closest friends. None of these appear to be politically damaging and ask comment on Hillary’s spot person; it’s simply said no comment.
