财政部:新能源汽车补贴政策将逐步取消

　　China will end subsidies¹ for new-energy vehicles (NEVs) after 2020, but analysts³ said onSunday that government support for the sector⁴ is still needed.

　　据报道，中国在2020年以后将会结束新能源汽车补贴政策，但是相关分析人员周日表示，政府仍需对该行业进行大力支持。

　　In a post on the website of the Ministry⁵ of Finance (MOF) on Saturday, Finance Minister LouJiwei was quoted as saying that China plans to gradually phase out subsidies for NEVs andpursue market-based policies to support the development of the sector.

　　在周六，财政部的网站上发布了这样一则消息，该消息引用了财政部部长楼继伟的话，这样写道；“中国计划逐步取消对新能源汽车的补贴并努力通过市场政策来扶持该行业的发展。”

　　Some NEV manufacturers rely too much on government subsidies, which means that they lackthe motivation to make technological⁶ breakthroughs, said Lou.

　　楼继伟表示，一些新能源汽车制造商过度依赖政府补贴，这也意味着他们缺少取得技术突破的动力。

　　The MOF plans to cut the subsidies progressively, by 20 percent from 2016 levels during the2017-18 period, and by 40 percent between 2019 and 2020. The subsidies will be eliminatedaltogether after 2020.

　　财政部计划逐步减少政府补贴，2017年至2018年新能源汽车补贴标准将在2016年基础上下调20%，2019年至2020年则会下调40%。2020年以后补贴政策将退出。

　　Su Hui, a senior analyst² at the China Automobile⁷ Dealers⁸ Association, told the Global Times onSunday that the authorities also want to crack down on subsidy-related fraud in thecountry's NEV industry.

　　中国汽车流通协会高级分析师苏辉周日告诉环球时报，当局还想打击在我国新能源汽车产业中存在的和补贴相关的欺诈行为。

　　"Subsidy-related fraud is not that common. And with the increasingly strict supervision⁹, suchpractices will be eradicated," Su said.

　　苏辉说道：“与补贴相关的欺诈现象并不普遍。而随着监管的力度越来越严格，这种欺诈的行为将会被根除。”
