Instagram Editors??? So many celebrities² often take the social media to express themselves to highlight the restaurant、outfit、alfit??the place they like. But giving Sofia Vergara’s experience, high-earning stars may wanna think twice about that post before pressing share.

With her small? ? beauty , ??timing³ and Business savy, Sofia Vergara is one of Hollywood’s most powerful women. This morning, the actress is taking steps to protect that reputation, with a multimillion dollar lawsuit filed ?? against Venus concept and a number of its alleged⁴ affiliates⁵ she claims having been cashing in on her image and promoting their beauty products without her permission or endorsement⁷. According to the suit, it all started in 2014 with this instagram selfie of Sofia Vergara Venus getting a Venus Legacy⁸ massage⁹. A treatment she claims she ultimately did not like, finding that it was a waste of time and money. She would not use it again and certainly would not endorse⁶ it. 

Now we are reviewing Miss Sofia Vergara super skin secret but the photo may ???? extra settlement and she alleges¹⁰ soon after photo are Vergara appearing to endorse the treatment appeared on Venus’s facebook page, the Lavoro Laser website and twitter page of beauty fix mix. A twit or a picture of celebrities with your brand is a PR person’s dream but it’s intellectual property nightmare.

Vergara agreed to the promotion¹¹ and she argues it will cost the company big bucks¹². The lawsuit said she pockets somewhere around 15 million for endorsement, even then retain strict approval along?? the use of her ???. 

Her lawsuit accuses the company of diminishing her brand and property through improper¹³ and inappropriate use of her image. We contact the company involved in the lawsuit and they declined comment. Vergara’s lawyer so insist in the lawsuit that all could have been prevented and they asked the company they say to stop the ads multiple times but they never did.
