我国公安部推出最新民警执法规范

　　全国民警于上周二开始进行一项旨在提升执法礼仪的交互式培训项目，从而避免滥用职权。

　　The program mainly focused on duties involving close contact with the public, according to a statement released from the Ministry³ of Public Security.

　　公安部发表的声明称，该培训项目主要将重点放在涉及民警与民众近距离接触的执法行为上。

　　Officers were instructed to always carry their police ID while on duty and, when encountering obstruction⁴, videotape the whole interaction.

　　根据指示，民警执法时应随身携带警察证。当执法遇阻时，要将整个交互过程录制下来。

　　When suspects, or those associated with them, resist law enforcement, officers were directed to use mild disengagement and restraint maneuvers⁵ instead of physical assault.

　　当执法对象或与其相关的人员抗拒执法时，民警被要求平和地脱身并克制地周旋，不要进行身体攻击。

　　The new protocols⁶ are more detailed⁷ and practical than previous versions and were informed by recent successful practice, the ministry said.

　　公安部表示，这一新规范比以前的版本更详细和实用，并获悉已在最近的实践中成功实行。

　　The ministry also plans to roll out a supervision⁸ mechanism⁹ to ensure police officers follow the new protocols, the statement said.

　　此外，该声明指出，公安部还计划推出一项监督机制以确保民警遵守新的礼仪规范。
