模仿文本： Well, The EU's Home Affairs commissioner¹ has warned of staggering levels of corruption² in member countries.Presenting the first EU-wide anti-corruption reports,Cecilia Malmstrom said the problem eroded³ trust in democratic institutions and it provided the breeding ground for organised crime.She said corruption was costing more than $160 billion every year,that's roughly equivalent to the EU's entire annual budget.
