and will in the end sink thee foundering⁴ down to the fiery⁵ pit, Captain Peleg.  可你不要还没把大家沉到水里就先沉到了火坑里！

Fiery pit! fiery pit! ye insult me, man; past all natural bearing, ye insult me. It's an all-fired outrage⁶ to tell any human creature that he's bound to hell.  火坑，火坑！你敢这样侮辱我！该死的比勒达，你敢随随便便地侮辱人，你等着下地狱吧。

Flukes and flames! Bildad, say that again to me, and start my soul-bolts, but I'll—I'll—yes, I'll swallow a live goat with all his hair and horns on.  你如果再说一遍，我就绝对不客气了！ 

Out of the cabin, ye canting, drab-coloured son of a wooden gun—a straight wake with ye!  你这个混蛋！你这个强盗的子孙，滚出去！滚！ 他破口大骂，怒不可遏地冲向比勒达。

As he thundered out this he made a rush at Bildad, but with a marvellous oblique⁷, sliding celerity, Bildad for that time eluded⁸ him.  比勒达一闪身，躲开了他。比勒达正如丧家之犬般地躲避着愤怒的法勒船长。
