I haven't watched an actual show on cable TV in a really long time. Even when I was back in America. Maybe if i wanted to watch the news but who the hell am i kidding? I’m not gonna watch the damn news.

事实上我已经很长时间没有在电视机上看过电视节目了，甚至是我在回美国的时候，可能有的时候我会想看下电视，不过开什么玩笑，我才不想看那些新闻呢。

I like animal planet a lot, nature’s pretty scary. And I think the Chinese people must know about the Discovery channel because I see cars with the channels logo plastered on the side.

我很喜欢动物星球，自然是很令人敬畏的，我认为中国很多朋友应该都很熟悉中国探索频道的，因为很多人车外面都贴了”Discovery channel” 的布干胶。

It’s this show where all this cool stuff is presented to contestants⁵, whoever guesses the price or gets close to it, gets the thing shown.

这是一个让所有挑战者猜展品的价格的节目，猜中价格或者猜的价格的最相近的人就能够得到这个展品。

I’ve gone through all of boardwalk empire and loved that show but I don’t think people will like it unless they understand the American prohibition era.

我看完了所有的大西洋帝国节目而且非常喜欢，但是我觉得除非是了解美国禁酒时期不然大家应该不会喜欢这个节目。

I did hear a story about a guy who got his Netflix account hacked⁶ but instead of the hacker⁷ changing the guys password, he left the password the same and the two just recommended movies to one another.

我听说过一件事,就是有一个男孩的Netflix账号被黑客黑了，但黑客并没有改掉他的账号和密码而是和他聊了起来，然后他们互相推荐电影什么的。
