Fri, 13 Jun 14

Nancy Youssef -Middle East Bureau chief for the Washington based McClatchy group - gives us the view from the US and explains why the country's reaction to the crisis has been muted. AND as the World Cup kicks off in Sao Paulo, there are cheers for the men on the pitch but boos for the men in suits in the VIP seats. From New York we are joined by Maria Gallucci, reporter for the International Business Times and in Singapore, by Simon Littlewood - president of the Asia Now Consulting Group.
