In some crowded mall or station concourse, what could be the causes for such acts of malice21? One wonders. Mercifully, those criminals spent most of their energy and ideological22 in doctrination, leaving insufficient23 time for the maintenance of their equipment. Cases of malfunction24 are therefore fairly common, causing the attackers designed to be thwarted25.
