　　A: Have you enjoyed your weekend?/ 周末过得好吗？

　　B: Yes, it's been marvelous². It really was³ very kind of you to invite⁴ me. I hope⁵ it hasn't been to much trouble⁶./ 很好，谢谢您的邀请。我希望没给你们添太多的麻烦。

　　A: Not at all. We've really enjoyed having you. I hope you'll come and stay again next time you're in Beijing./一点都不麻烦。和你一起，我们真的很愉快。希望你下次来北京时，再来我们这一起聚聚。

　　Dialogue II

　　A: Yes, I think we've covered⁷ most of the points./我想，要谈的问题我们基本上都已经谈了。

　　B: Good. Are you going⁸ to be in Shanghai for a few⁹ days?/那好。你打算在上海待几天吧？

　　A: Yes, until¹⁰ the beginning¹¹ of next week./是的，一直待到下周初。

　　B: Well, er, my wife¹² and I have invited¹³ some friends for dinner tomorrow, and if you haven't any plans¹⁴ we were wondering¹⁵ if you'd like to join us?/嗯，我和妻子明天邀了几位朋友来吃饭，如果你没有什么安排的话，我们想请你一道来。

　　A: That's very kind of you, Mr Li. I'd be delighted¹⁶ to come./李先生，你真客气。我很乐意来。
