　　"This civil reform helps in boosting efficiency of judicial¹ system by eliminating month-long queues in courts or processes lasting² for years at Court of Appeal and High Court. In this respect, judges will have less processes and time for review of cases will be shorter," Halimi underlines during a press conference.

　　"Civil Package and all transforming processes undertaken by Ministry³ of Justice have been supported by experts of foreign missions and backed by groups of interests, while the staff of the ministry and teams of professionals have worked hard for realization⁴ of the courageous⁵ reforms in the course of these years," Halimi added.

　　Albania has applied⁶ for European Union candidacy status but has already been turned down by Brussels, which stressed that reform of justice system remains⁷ a key factor in Albania's integration⁸ to European Union.
