I'm pleased to announce that BP has agreed to set aside $20 billion to pay claims for damages resulting from this spill. But we're hearing these terrible reports of women being racked, raped by Kyrgyz gangs, or of the people still suffering on the ground there in southern Kyrgyzstan.
