Committee have yet to sign off. Rangel faces 13 charges, such as failing to report rental income.

3. The Agriculture Department official fired over alleged racial remarks is suing. Shirley Sherrod says she will sue the blogger who posted the edited video. Sherrod was later invited to return to the department.

4. Relief for campers near Yellowstone. Authorities captured a mother grizzly and two of her cubs, confident the grizzly is the one that attacked three people, killing one of them.
